Meet the CEO - Annie

Annie founded SISU Guidance with a clear mission: to create a safe, judgment-free space for people in crisis, those recently laid off, fired, burned out, or simply unsure of where to turn next. She understands these moments deeply, having faced them herself more than once.

While such experiences often build resilience, Annie knows they can also feel isolating and overwhelming. Her empathy comes from lived experience:

Growing up in the Bronx without consistent emotional, educational, or financial support, Annie learned to find her own answers. She navigated life’s challenges alone for years, from starting a career to finding ways to support her family. Those challenges shaped her character but also sparked a lifelong mission: to ensure that no one else has to face such uncertainty without guidance.

SISU Guidance is the embodiment of that mission. Under Annie’s leadership, it offers a supportive path forward for anyone navigating career transitions, life changes, or the simple need to keep moving when the road ahead feels unclear.
